We love ice cream and we like Kohrs Brothers as well but they do not have a shop like Cool Scoops.
There is no comparison between just having a storefront like Kohrs and a museum-like retro shop / ice cream parlor like
Cool Scoops.

it's not your every day ice cream parlor! it brings you back to the day when everything was fun and easy. a trip down memory lane for us "older " folks and a little lesson in history for the kids and the ice cream isn't bad either! where else can you see elvis at the shore :-) ????? so get "all shook up and go to COOL SCOOPS and order a shake!

The decor is great, ice cream is always good. The owners are so much fun and they really care about what they do. They have tried to bring great entertainment to the area. They even did Trading Spaces!
