ALWAYS FRESH ,DELIVERY ON TIME AND A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH
My wife and I live near Chicago and recently vacationed in Philly with the goal of seeing all of the historical sights. While exploring the Center City area, we happened upon Cedrones Flowers on Lombard St. at 8th St. and decided to stop in and look around. Janet Cedrone greeted us at the door and invited us to take our time as we browsed the shop. While we browsed, we noticed that all of the employees were not only courteous to other customers, but very knowledgeable as well -- something that is rare where we live. We decided to buy some flowers to take back with us to Chicago, and Janet assisted us by giving us ideas and information about plants that would "last" more than a few days as well as survive our drive back home (800 miles). The experience was pure pleasure for us. Janet even acted as a tour guide and told us about some more "must see" attractions in the area. That's what we call service with a smile. Our only "complaint" is that Cedrones does not have a branch in Chicago (hint, hint).
