Wonderful. They have an amazing selection of dresses, and the salespeople are so friendly -- willing to work with you regardless of your timeframe or your budget. I found the perfect dress at the perfect price, and I felt like a princess during the whole process. I can't recommend Danielle's enough!

One of the best things about my wedding was my dress (even though the marriage did not last, I still have my beautiful gown)! Service was the best, the absolute best. if I ever chose to marry again, Danielle's would be my very first stop for the bride who wants her own breath taken away when she finds the right gown! Danielle's is the place to go!

I agree with the comment that if you aren't spending at least a few thousand dollars at Bridals by Danielle then they could care less about you. When i walked in the store, this very pushy old woman asked me what my budget was. I didn't appreciate her talking money right off the bat, it made me feel uncomfortable. When I told her it was around $1000 she then refused to let me try on any dress that was above that price. She was so rude and pushy, and couldn't believe i wasn't planning to buy that day. Wedding dress shopping is a long process, which she should realize. Anyway, they are snobby and mean there. And when i did eventually get to try on some dresses, they made me move to another dressing room in the middle of trying on dresses because another girl came in! Unbelievable! She must have been spending more money then me, so to them she must have mattered more. Avoid this place, they are awful to customers!!!

I agree that the staff was attentive before I bought my expensive gown. There were several mistakes made when they placed the order, and I had to pay to have them corrected. I will say that the seamstress is amazing and they carry the most beautiful gowns anywhere.

I wish we'd never stepped foot in this shop. The ladies were SO nice to us as we were shopping (we were buying a $4000 designer dress... we hear they are less than nice if you are looking for something less expensive). But the minute we had paid in full, we were treated like second-class citizens. The process was a nightmare and we were rushed, lied to, and no one could be bothered to help us. I complained to the owner, but she was even worse than the employees! We have friends who got better Customer Service at a department store on an off-the-rack wedding dress. We figured we were paying the extra money for "the boutique experience". Boy, were we wrong! I recommend you avoid Bridals by Danielle by all means!
