Founded in 1938, Braxton's Animal Works is a third generation, family owned "institution" on the Main Line. Since we opened our doors more than 60 years ago, we've seen lots of changes in the pet care industry, some fads and some remarkable innovations. But through all the years and all the changes one thing has remained constant, our commitment to our customers. I have been shopping at Braxtons since 1975 and John and Dave are the best, as was their Father. They are a wealth of knowledge and always remember my name (how do they do that?). It isn't just that they have an incredible selection, they know about each item and food.
They are courteous and complete. Shopping is fast, they are helpful and well supplied.
They always have a positive approach to any concerns that I have regarding animal health and behavior.
Braxton's has the highest quality products. Their employees are the most helpful and friendly retail workers that I have ever met. And best of all, my dog loves to socialize with everyone there.
