Old Original Bookbinder's has been serving hungry Philadelphians, tourists, athletes and celebrities for over 142 years. Sold to the Taxin family in the 1940s, third-generation owner John E. Just had my rehearsal dinner at Bookbinder's and it was awesome! Delicious seafood and steaks - everyone in the party was blown away. Probably the best shrimp cocktail i've had in Philly.
The food is great, you get a lot for your money, and the taste is magnificent.
