WARNING: shop at your own risk!! I had an AWFUL experience at Betty's in Clifton Heights. They made what was supposed to be an exciting and a once-in-a-lifetime experience, just absolutely terrible. There was a problem with my bridesmaids' dresses and the owner and her NASTY daughter, who is completely unprofessional (and I'm convinced, has no clue what "customer service" means), were just so rude and unaccommodating. I ended up leaving in tears and it still bothers me to this day about how horrible my Mother-in-law and I were treated (and we spent approx $2,000 there- what a MISTAKE!). We are, and always will be, appauled by the way they run their business and have made it a point to tell everyone we know about our experience at Betty's Bridal. Hey, here's some smart business advice for you, Betty: FIRE YOUR DAUGHTER!! She's KILLING your business!

Don't EVER even look at this place. They are the worst, messed up every one of the bridesmaids dresses and said "Oh well", very rude. Betty and her daughter are the worst business people to ever do business with. Filed complaint with the better business bureau.

Betty's Bridal in Jenkintown is awesome. Great Staff, very friendly and helpful. I got my dress there and everything couldnt be more perfect!

I Tell everyone I know to stay away from this shop. They are snobby, clueless and overpriced. They never had anything in that the bride wanted. Their seamstress is mean and treats you like a second class citzen. The dresses were poor quality and did not last pass the service even though they were 200 dollars! PLEASE TELL EVERYONE NOT TO GO HERE!
