if you want trashy people go to Cape May or Wildwood, if you want a beach with respectable people Avalon is for you!

Avalon is the best place on the Jersey shore; quiet and serene most of the time. The greatest shore town there is.

They are kept clean and have lifeguards. While they are not as big as Wildwood's, they are wide and beautif and not over crowded. Avalon is a wonderful place for families.

This is a truly great beach town. Circle Pizza is the best - the bars are fun, the people come from far & wide, and it all adds up to great shore memories made in Avalon. "Cooler by a Mile" I agree.

Great wide beaches that are consistently clean and well cared for. Not crowded either.

Clean safe large beaches. Nice people. Don't mind paying for the beache tags to keep beach nice/
