Since opening Aux Petits Delices in 1987, Chef Patrick Gauthron has distinguished himself as the premier pastry chef and chocolatier in the Delaware Valley. His journey began in the Burgundy region of France, when at age 14 he left home to do his apprenticeship at Pâtisserie Bouchè in Beaune. The pâtissier mastered his craft in various regions of France, including the renowned Casino De Divonne les Baines near Geneva, before coming to America in 1979 to serve as Pastry Chef for Georges Perrier at Le Bec-Fin in Philadelphia.

They did a great job with our cake, it was exactly what we requested. Do not miss their wonderful cake testing here where you can personally go through each cake type with coffee. . .

Aux Petits Delices is doing 5 of my weddings this year. There cakes are very good, my client can't believe how many choices for filling that have to offer.. All my clients are very pleased with there work. Patrick always go the extra mile to make sure my brides get all that they want in their wedding cake. I believe because they are a small shop they are missed In my opinion the best!!!!
