It is amazing how customer service can truly be dead at some places…Ashley’s Bridal (228 York Rd
Warminster, PA 18974) is one of them. While the staff at the store are pleasant, they take no responsibility for dresses coming in the wrong color. I was shown a swatch of a dress that I was looking to order for my bridesmaids and the swatch book had swatches on top of each other. It was impossible for me to know at the time that the orange swatch that I was seeing at the moment appeared darker because of the brown swatch under it…after all who knows that you should pick up the swatch by itself – I think most don’t.
I ordered 9 dresses in the color and was excited! My excitement turned into crying when the dresses came in and were a much brighter and bolder color than I anticipated. The owner, John, refused to admit that there was any wrong doing and insisted that the color was correct to him and there was nothing he could do about it. It is amazing that people decide to get into an industry that they know will be filled with an emotional customer, yet decide to make no concessions when it comes to customer service. John offered no compromises. He only offered to send a dress to the manufacture, which couldn’t be done since this was the beginning of September and my wedding was in the beginning of October.
I have never dealt with someone who was so unrelenting in pleasing a customer that was completely unsatisfied. Colors are very subjective – I know many people that are color blind, yet John continued to tell me that it looked like the right color to him.
I even emailed the other location to file a complaint, however they never responded. I think he may run both stores, so beware of both locations!
I will NEVER go back to Ashley’s Bridal and advise that all brides BEWARE, lest your wedding colors you’ve been dreaming of not come true!!
After reading all the positive feedback I went to Ashleys bridal and was very disappointed. I was a little uncomfortable when there was only a man in the shop to help me try on dresses. I felt extremely rushed by the owner and felt as though I couldnt even enjoy the experience.

5 years ago Ashley's Bridal dresses my entire wedding party as well as myself. Including 8 tuxes for groom his men and our fathers and grandfather and dresses our mothers and the bridesmaids. I also got veil, headpiece and shoes. They are friendly and great to work with. Price is perfect and service is outstanding! I have had many friends use them in the past year or two and were as happy as I was. Now I get to do it all again with my sister! This is one place where you will feel comfortable getting all your bridal needs. You must stop in to see for yourself you will be very glad you did!!
I had gone to every Bridal shop around me even the famous David's Bridal and found nothing . My sister had used Ashley's when she got married and reffered me to them in 1 hour john had found me the dress of my dreams, and Connie did All my alterations and found the dresses and altered them all to go with my color pallet . I had the wedding of my dreams because of them. I have reffered many people to them and they had the same experience too. They are the perfect buisness couple as well as an amazing couple as well. Always there to make your vision a reality.

Connie and John are the best in the business. Connie is a seamstress and she custom-tailored my wedding dress to fit me like a glove. I still get compliments on my wedding gown and I got married over two and a half years ago! She and John will not only give you amazing customer service but they have the most beautiful dresses at the best prices around. My bridesmaids wore Ashley's bridal gowns, our groomsmen got their tuxes through Ashley's, our mothers wore their dresses, and I got my bachelorette party dress there as well! They also did my awesome invitations. You can get all you need for your wedding ceremony there. I almost forgot, I also got my veil, tiara, and earrings there. If you are a blushing bride to be, there is NO WHERE else to go!!!!! Even if you live far away, get in your car because it is worth it!!!!
The owners, John and Connie Kim, are amazing. They will make sure everything is just perfect for your special day and always make you their number one priority.
Both my sister and several of my close friends have purchased their wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and have rented their tuxedo's through Ashley's Bridal and have had WONDERFUL experiences! When my sister picked out her wedding dress at Ashley's Bridal, she wanted to add some extra beading around the base of the dress and so they actually ordered the exact beading and sewed it onto the bottom on the dress to make it absolutely perfect! It was like having a one-of-a-kind custom made dress at such a reasonable, affordable price! This is the kind of customer service that you can't get just anywhere. They truly care about their customers and about making their customers happy, even if it means going the extra mile. Another one of my friends had Ashley's Bridal create a christening gown from a part of her wedding dress and it was gorgeous, sentimental, and is now a family keepsake. I highly recommend Ashley's Bridal!!!
The owners and staff care for their customers as tho they are family. (Not to mention the amazing selections) Once you find your dress...they will alter it to fit like your next layer of skin...perfect!

Ashley's Bridal did my brother's wedding, and almost ten years ago did mine. They bend over backwards for ANYTHING you want. My wedding gown was not one I would have chosen, but when I put the recommended dress on, everyone cried. It was the most beautiful and special I have ever felt. They took care of everything from tuxes, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride, invitations, jewelry, veil, everything. And they even helped avert disaster - altering a bridesmaid's dress who needed to be let out the Thursday before the wedding. Connie took remnants from the other girls' dress, and seemlessly pieced the dress into a flawless match with the other girls. My very good friend wearing the dress felt way more comfortable and looked fabulous! They are THE nicest people and the most knowledgeable and accommodating store I have ever been too. I have also been back there to purchase several formal dresses for cruises and special occasions and have NEVER been disappointed!
Ashley's Bridal was able to get a dress for me so that I could plan my wedding start to finish w/i six weeks, just two years ago! They were awesome!
I would suggest Ashley's Bridal for their friendly customer service, amazing bridal selection for brides, bridesmaids, mothers and grooms.
