Amada is not a typical, trendy tapas restaurant. It is something else entirely. Amada serves authentic Spanish tapas based on the earthy Mediterranean flavors that have long been the passion and expertise of founder and executive chef, Jose Garces - but Chef Garces goes beyond tradition, interpreting centuries-old tapas recipes.

The food is always great at Amada.
Delicious food, great atmosphere - especially at the bar!
This place is A-mazing!! I tried it when it first opened and continue to return. I always try a new dish and I am never disappointed. I also love Tinto, a very close 2nd to Amada. I've decided I will go to any restaurant that Jose Garces opens, it is always a great experience!
I love Amada. I'm a picky eater, but I'll try just about anything on the menu - which speaks volumes about the quality of the food. Not only does everything taste wonderful, but the presentation is impeccable. I could eat at Amada every week and never lose my enthusiasm for this restaurant.
This is the hottest new restaurant in Philly. The food and atmosphere are making Philly a world class restaurant city.
Professional place and people.
