Petra Deluca is a professional Makeup Artist, a graduate of Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, living in the Delaware Valley. She has over a decade of experience in the field, with a background in MAC makeup artistry and theater makeup.
Petra's specialty is Bridal and Special Occasion makeup, and she also does photo shoots, theater work, & print/commercial work. Her rates are very reasonable, and will do package deals for weddings and special occasions, depending on the circumstance. Petra only uses products that are cruelty-free; her philosophy is that no-one or anything should have to suffer just so that we can be pretty.

Petra is awesome. SHe is down to earth and makes you feel you are the only one that matters. She has patience in dealing with you especially since the wedding party was so confused in what they want. SHe don't push you into doing things and comes well prepared for anything. She made my daughter's wedding day extra special by using her wonderful talent.

Wow - no one yet mentioned how good she is at eyelashes....Petra, you are the best! I felt like a movie star with my individuals, they looked like I grew them myself, and they stayed on all night.
I have an issue with dry skin, and my makeup always looks "crepey" on me,but Petra did a kick a** job! Not only did I look dewey and natural, my makeup stayed on and looked fresh through vows, tears, dinner, and dancing!
My wedding was at 10 am. Petra came to my hotel at FIVE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING to to my makeup. That's what I call dedication to your craft! Oh, did I mention that I looked gorgeous? If not - I looked GORGEOUS!

So, up until Petra did my makeup, I thought, how is this even a job? Doesn't every girl know how to put on eyeliner and lipgloss? She showed me that there is soooooo much more than just picking colors that work with your skin and eyes...there is a science behind it. I am a local model, and Petra is my artist of choice when I have a shoot in Philly, Delaware or New York. She always makes me look great in photos, and her knowledge of makeup for photography is second-to-none. This girl knows her stuff!
Not only is she a great makeup artist, but she gave lipgloss and powder samples to us so that we could touch up our lips and powder our noses!
